Reservation and Use Terms
To reserve a storage unit, customers must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Storage Shoreditch reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.
Eligibility

Payment Terms
Payments for storage units are due on a monthly basis. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Refund Policy

Access Terms
Customers have access to their storage units during the facility's operating hours. Extended access times may be available upon request.
Operating Hours
Our standard operating hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. Access outside these hours requires prior arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their storage agreement by providing a written notice 30 days in advance. Early termination fees may apply.
Termination Process
- Submit a written cancellation request.
- Ensure all payments are up to date.
- Remove all items from the storage unit within the notice period.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
